Founder, developer and President Fred Rush

Fred has a MA in Education from California State Polytechnic University, with over 45 years in public and private education.

He holds California state credentials in Elementary and Secondary Administration, Elementary and Secondary Education and Special Education.

Fred did research in the field of reading instruction which led to the publishing of “A Time-Management System for the Rapid Development of Reading Fluency,” which culminated in the founding of Rush Reading Clinics in three California cities.

CEO Bret Rush

Bret has a BA in Business Administration from Principia College and an MA in Elementary Education from Rivier College.

Bret holds a New Hampshire Elementary credential. Bret has also worked alongside the founder as a manager of one of the 3 california-based clinics. He has taught Kindergarten through 7th grade for over 5 years.
